    Shipping within Switzerland and the Eurozone is handled by postal services at standard rates and delivery times. The price includes packaging and shipping costs.

    For shipments outside the Eurozone, the delivery costs listed on the website are not valid. The customer will receive detailed information regarding the actual costs and shipping conditions to the country in question after placing their online order.

    EXCHANGE AND REFUND

    The conditions for exchanging or refunding an item are determined by the item's warranty. If the reason for the exchange or refund request is not covered by the warranty, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
